The Pontiacs of Central California will not be hosting its normal Spring Car Show in 2024. Several factors have contributed to this decision including the inability to utilize the location which has served as the car show site for many years. Instead of the normal car show that was to have occurred on May 4, 2024, a Pontiac, Buick, Oldsmobile, Cadillac and GMC Truck Show and Shine will be hosted on the same date at a site to be announced later.
Current planning is in place to host a bigger and hopefully better car show with a changed format in 2025. This planning could consider changing the show format to an all GM car show, which would require the development of a new judging format and the solicitation of possible cooperating car clubs and sponsors. The 2025 Spring Car Show will occur at the River Park Shopping Center in Fresno. This is an excellent site which has served as the Toys for Tots Car Show site for many years and has all the needed amenities very close.
The site of the May 4, 2024, Pontiac, Buick, Oldsmobile, Cadillac, GMC Truck Show and Shine will be announced in the near future. We appreciate all of the support we have had in the past and hope to see as many as possible on May 4.
