The Pontiacs of Central California car club was founded in October, 1993 by a group of enthusiasts and friends of the Pontiac brand of General Motors. Subsequently, the club gained official recognition as Chapter #67 of the Pontiac Oakland Club International (POCI). For the past 30 years, the club has hosted and sponsored numerous events and shows for Pontiac and GMC owners across the Central California Region and beyond. Through hosting three POCI Western Regionals, twenty four Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Buick, Cadillac and GMC car shows and twenty three Toys for Tots car shows, the club has demonstrated continued interest and enthusiasm for the Pontiac/GMC brand as well as making significant contributions to local charities and initiatives.
Our members continue to support and promote the very best in the classic car hobby and focus on a community/family orientation to enjoy classic automobiles and trucks. We look forward to meeting both new and long-time owners of both Pontiacs and GMC’s…the very best General Motors ever produced.
